Day 5
I woke naturally about 5:30am. I didn’t feel tired and tried to get back to sleep with no success. So I got up at about 6:00am and caught up on a bit of paperwork. I find it strange that I felt so awake, there was no tiredness and no groggy forcing myself to get up. My body seemed ready for its exercise.
So at 6:30am I spent 15 minutes on the cross trainer at level 1 on the hill programme. The only problem today is that the trainers that I use for exercise, as opposed to casual use, have disintegrated in part of the sole. So I have ordered a new pair.
I trained my midsection this evening. 3 sets of 13 reps for the abs and 1 set of 13 reps for the back.
I am feeling quite tired this evening, probably due to the early start so I should be in bed for 10:30pm.
