Day 6
It is Friday and it was a bit tougher to get up this morning. I felt really tired last night and was in bed by 10:30pm so should have managed my full quota of sleep. I looked at some raw food websites last night as I really like the concept of eating raw. With health being my ultimate goal raw food appears to give me what I am looking for.
I spent 15 minutes on the cross trainer at level 1 on the tour programme this morning. This programme is tougher than the intervals and a few other programmes so I may reserve it for days like today where I have no workout later in the day.
The day has been rather uneventful and I find myself quite content with my eating. While I feel slightly hungry at times it is nothing like the hunger I have felt before.
Looking at my photographs I don’t see any difference visually but I feel quite a bit different. My muscles feel more full after a few days exercise and my abdomen feels less swollen than it did a week ago, especially upon waking. I am looking forward to the weigh-in on Sunday and see if there is any change.
