Day 19
It was a bit difficult to get up this morning and I required quite a few ‘snooze’ sessions on the alarm clock before I could drag myself out of bed. I promptly proceeded to the cross trainer where I did 15 minutes on the plateau programme at level 1.
The day went fine but around about 5:30 pm I started to get extremely tired (again!!). This is starting to get to be a bit of a pattern but this evening is frustrating as I had a lot of work to do before tomorrow. I also had in the back of my mind that it is resistance training night. I have no doubts about doing it - just that I had so little energy and felt so mentally tired.
I started training at 8:00 pm and it took an hour in total complete. The workout felt more difficult than normal tonight. However, I still made some strength gains and progress. I started to feel quite ill towards the end of the session and found myself out of breath. I think that I may be training too hard and that I may have to split the routine over two days soon.
After that I had a bath before doing a little work before going to bed.
