Day 20

Still a bit sluggish getting up this morning. I could tell I had worked out last night but had none of the DOMS or soreness I have had the past few weeks. I promptly went out for a ride on my bicycle along the same Ballacrye and The Cronk route I have taken earlier in the week. I purposely slowed my pace down so that I wasn’t pushing myself too hard and I completed the distance in 19:00 minutes.

My day has been a bit stressful as I seem to have so much work with deadlines approaching and so little energy at the moment to do them in. It could be that I am not eating enough food. I will see how the weigh-in goes on Sunday and if I am losing weight a bit too fast then may adjust my diet accordingly.

As per many other days this week I was exhausted when I got home and fell asleep. This clearly isn’t right but I don’t think that I am ill. I had my tea and went for another hours rest in bed before getting up to spend the rest of the evening with my family.

Tonight was abdominal training and I completed 18 reps on each of the four exercises.

I will try to have a good nights sleep tonight and wake up with my bodies natural clock tomorrow.
