Day 49
One of the things I told myself before I started this project was to listen to my body. Today it didn’t want to exercise. I had planned to do two things today but by the time I got around doing the exercise my body gave me signs that it wasn’t ready to do anything. So I will have a break from exercise today and give my body some well-earned rest. I have felt tired today and need an early night tonight.
It didn’t stop me from eating well. It is weigh-in tomorrow and I don’t expect to have made progress like I have the previous weeks but I would still like to see some weight/fat loss.

Sometimes the body just needs a break. Dive back in again tomorrow. You are doing great. Shred on.
