Hey Andrew,
I really like your perceverance. You continue to push yourself forward and make progress in your transformation.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I really appreciate the encouragement and knowing that people are watching does keep me motivated.

You commented on HIIT. I have found that I do like HIIT running intervals much better then jogging. For me a long jog is just too boring and hard on my body. With Hiit I am done in 20 minutes. (5 minute warm-up, 20 minutes of intervals and a 5 minute cool down) I came across a neat program to keep me on track and entertained while doing the intervals. It's called workoutmuse. You download it onto your ipod. It times everything for you. It tells you when to start stop and also tell you when your half way through your interval, and then keeps track of how may intervals you have done. The music soundtrack is techno and upbeat. You can try it out for free as they let you download a 30 second interval/90 second recovery track as a trial. I've been using it for the past 6 weeks with good success. www.workoutmuse.com

Good to see you are thinking ahead how you are going to stay on track when school starts. Shred on mate!
